Get to know me:

Hello, I’m Kevin Paul, co-owner and CEO of two SERVPRO franchises: SERVPRO of Adamstown Mohnton and SERVPRO of Reading Township York City. I opened the Adamstown branch in June 2022, after serving as General Manager for two other SERVPRO franchises—SERVPRO of Society Hill (PA) and SERVPRO of Burlington/Mt. Holly (NJ). I began my career with SERVPRO in high school as a part-time technician, working for Chuck and Donna Doyle, who I had the privilege of learning from for 17 years. In 2007, I was promoted to full-time Crew Lead, and by 2008, I advanced to an estimator role. As the company grew, I moved up the ranks to Operations Manager in 2012 and General Manager in 2018, overseeing multiple locations and acquiring additional franchise licenses. On a personal note, I married my wife, Mary Elena, in 2018, and we were blessed with our daughter, Juniper Joan, in 2021. Growing up in large families—both of us with seven siblings—taught us invaluable lessons in love, patience, and hard work, which we continue to apply daily. In December 2023, we welcomed our second child, Kieran. As our family grows, I look forward to expanding my career to reflect this new chapter. Over the next five years, I aim to acquire one to two more SERVPRO franchises.
