Get to know me:

I grew up in the Philadelphia area but made the move to York County about ten years ago. Like many newcomers, I found the transition challenging—navigating a new community without a go-to resource made settling in harder than I expected. That experience is exactly what inspired me to create BeLocal York. I believe that small, local businesses are the backbone of our communities, and there’s no better way to support both new residents and local entrepreneurs than by connecting them. BeLocal York is designed to help people new to the area discover the best local spots, activities, and businesses, making their transition smoother and more enjoyable. When I’m not working on BeLocal York, you’ll probably find me adventuring with my wife and our two dogs, spending time with family, working in my gardens, relaxing at the lake, or cheering on my beloved Philadelphia sports teams.
